Yondale Designs specialises in Websites personally designed and created according to your needs and requirements, whether it be a personal hobby, interest or business venture. A wide variety of websites designed to date can be found in the Portfolio below.  Some sites prepared and maintained to date include real estate, cattle studs, dog breeders, performers, and car clubs to name but a few.

The pricing of a website varies considerably due to complexity, pages and content. I am able to purchase (if available) the domain name of your choice, can arrange hosting of your site, and upload the finished product on your behalf to either free, paid or hosting provided by your Internet Service Provider.

The process relating to a website can be sorted into the following steps:

1.  Purchasing a Domain name.  This is the website address, ie. www.mywebsitename.com .  This domain name attracts a yearly fee, and can be paid for up to 8 years at a time.  Australian domain names, (.com.au) can only be purchased for two years at a time.

2.  Preparation/Construction of a Website.  This is preparation of content, the design and layout out of the website.  I do not use 'templates' and each website that I prepare is created individually.  Once the layout is approved by the Client, web pages are then created according to the Client's instructions and content displayed accordingly.  Once the website has the final approval of the Client, the website is 'uploaded' to website hosting, where it is then able to be viewed by the general public.  Preparation fees are quoted according to complexity/pages/content.

3. Hosting of a Website.  In general terms, a website needs to be 'hosted' on a bit of internet space so people can view the contents of your pages/website.  This is a monthly fee, and is paid yearly in advance.

4.  Maintenance.  Once a website is approved by the Client and uploaded to hosting, any changes made thereafter is classified as 'maintaining the website'.  I maintain any website that I design and prepare, and it is the Client's responsibility to advise of any changes/updates to their website, if any.  Hourly rates apply for maintenance.
